• Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content of the site, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of DIFFRNT EOOD is prohibited
• The material in the “Our work” section (the portfolio) remains the property of DIFFRNT EOOD unless a signed client contract expressly says otherwise
• Using the “DIFFRNT” mark, the logo or the visual identity without permission is prohibited

The information on the site is informative and illustrative. DIFFRNT does not guarantee specific results (follower growth, sales, reach and so on) on the basis of the site's content alone. Specific commitments and expectations are agreed individually in a contract with each client.

DIFFRNT is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, including interruptions, technical problems, or third-party content the site links to (for example social networks).

The site may contain links to external platforms (for example Instagram). DIFFRNT is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those external sites.
